REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (EU-compliant)

1. Subscription Model



Roviso operates on a subscription basis.


Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual basis.


No payment method is collected during account registration.


A paid subscription begins only after a user manually selects a paid plan and successfully completes payment.

2. Free Trial



Every new account automatically receives a 1-month free trial.


No credit card or payment information is required to access the free trial.


At the end of the 1-month trial:


  • Access to paid features will end, or

  • The account will continue under any available free plan (if applicable)



A paid subscription does not begin automatically after the trial.


To continue using paid features, you must manually select a paid plan and complete payment.

3. Subscription Activation



A paid subscription starts only when:


  • You actively choose a paid plan

  • You provide valid payment information

  • The payment is successfully processed



By completing payment, you authorize Roviso to charge the selected subscription fee at the chosen billing interval (monthly or yearly).

4. Cancellation



You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.


After cancellation:


  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • No further charges will occur after the current billing period ends



Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund.

5. Refunds



Roviso does not provide refunds for:


  • Partial subscription periods

  • Unused time

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Downgrades during an active billing cycle

  • Suspensions due to violations of the Terms of Service

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity

  • Breach of platform rules or misuse



This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

6. Account Suspension and Refunds



If your account is suspended or terminated due to:


  • Illegal activity

  • Unsafe or harmful behavior

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Prohibited or harmful content

  • Violation of platform policies

  • Interference with platform integrity



No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

7. Billing Disputes



If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact support@rovi.so within 14 days of the charge.


Roviso reserves the right to review billing disputes and determine appropriate resolutions.

8. Payment Processing



All payments are securely processed through Stripe.


Roviso does not store or process full credit card details directly.


By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.


Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes may be subject to Stripe’s processing procedures and timelines.


Roviso reserves the right to respond to chargebacks or disputes in accordance with Stripe’s policies and applicable law.
