REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (EU-compliant)

1. Subscription model


Roviso operates on a subscription basis.

Fees are charged at the interval selected (monthly or yearly).

2. Free trial


If a free trial is offered, you can try the Service at no cost during the trial period.

At the end of the trial, the paid subscription begins automatically unless canceled beforehand.

3. Cancellation


You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds


Roviso does not provide refunds for:

  • partial subscription periods

  • unused time

  • failure to cancel before renewal

  • suspensions due to violations of the Terms of Service

  • fraudulent or harmful activity

  • breach of platform rules or misuse

This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

5. Account suspension and refunds


If your account is suspended for:

  • illegal activity

  • unsafe behavior

  • suspicious activity

  • harmful content

  • policy violations

  • interference with platform integrity

No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

6. Billing disputes


If you believe there is a billing error, contact support@rovi.so within 14 days so I can assist.
