These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Roviso (“the Service”), operated by a sole proprietor based in Germany (“I”, “me”, or “my”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Roviso.

By using the Service, you confirm you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

I reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service

• upload harmful, illegal, copyrighted, or unauthorized content

• use Roviso to harm, mislead, or defraud others

• access or attempt to access parts of the Service you are not authorized to use

• disrupt or damage the platform infrastructure

• create accounts through automated means

• use Roviso for any unlawful or abusive purposes

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

4. User-Uploaded Content

You are fully responsible for all content you upload to Roviso, including animations, assets, images, videos, audio, fonts, or any other materials.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• you own the rights to the materials, or

• you have full permission to use them

I do not monitor or verify user content and assume no liability for unauthorized, illegal, or copyrighted materials uploaded by users.

If violations are discovered, your account may be restricted or suspended.

5. Storage and Deletion of Content

Your files and projects remain stored until you delete them.

When you delete content — or your entire account — all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Residual files are automatically removed during regular cleanup processes.

I do not keep or archive deleted content for any purpose.

6. Rendering and Processing

The Service provides tools to edit, update, and render animations through the platform interface.

You acknowledge that:

• rendering times may vary

• service performance may improve or change over time

• features may evolve as the platform develops

I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but strive to maintain high reliability.

7. Payments and Subscription Terms

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Roviso does not receive or store your payment details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

All prices displayed on the site apply at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

• partial subscription periods

• unused time

• accounts suspended due to violations of these Terms

• fraudulent or harmful behavior

Your payment covers valid access during compliant use only.

8. Account Suspensions

I may immediately restrict or suspend access without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of:

• reverse engineering

• unauthorized access

• illegal content

• harmful or abusive activity

• attempts to exploit or misuse the Service

• interference with infrastructure

• any action that puts Roviso, its users, or its integrity at risk

During investigation, certain account information may be retained temporarily.

After resolution, all non-essential data will be deleted.

Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

9. User Liability for Damages

If your actions cause:

• financial loss

• legal claims

• damages

• service interruptions

• infrastructure issues

• exposure to regulatory penalties

• harm to other users or to Roviso

you agree to fully compensate all related costs, fees, or damages.

This includes attorney fees, administrative costs, or consequences arising from your misuse.

10. Data Protection

Your data is processed according to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree that your personal data may be used as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Changes and Updates

I may update, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the platform.

If major changes significantly impact your use, they will be announced on the website or via email.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed.

I may terminate or restrict accounts violating these Terms.

13. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

I make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or suitability for specific purposes.

However, I make every reasonable effort to maintain stable and secure operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages

• loss of profits or business

• loss of data (beyond your own deletion)

• interruptions caused by factors outside my control

Your use of Roviso is at your own responsibility.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with German law and jurisdiction.
